Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by STC Express LLC (the "Company"), 3225 Cherokee Ln, Provo, UT 84604, United States, at www.stcexp.shop (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site is a publication, not a service channel

The Site publishes a descriptive manifest of the Company's organizational scope. It is not a booking engine, a load board, a space-availability listing, a rate sheet, a tracking portal, or a settlement channel. Nothing on the Site constitutes a shipment tender, a storage offer, a rate quote, or a capacity commitment.

2. No relationship created by browsing

Viewing the Site, reading the bin manifest, or sending a general inquiry does not create a carriage agreement, a bailment, a warehousing contract, a broker relationship, or any other commercial engagement. Any service relationship arises only under a separately negotiated and executed written agreement.

3. Postal classifications are descriptive only

Lanes marked as postal categories (BN-01 through BN-05) are industry classifications describing types of postal operation — including universal-service categories operated by the U.S. Postal Service and contract categories. Their presence on the manifest is a scope statement, not a claim of federal authority, and does not imply that the Company performs universal-service functions or acts as the U.S. Postal Service.

4. Classification boundaries

Bin categories are mutually exclusive by definition and are not interchangeable:

• Cold-room lanes (BN-23–31) cover refrigerated storage of any commodity; farm-product storage except refrigerated sits in Chute S (BN-32–37); refrigerated farm storage sits in Chute C (BN-26), never in Chute S.
• General-merchandise lanes (BN-17–22) exclude refrigerated and farm-product categories.
• Specialty bays (BN-38–46) expressly exclude farm products, general merchandise, and refrigerated storage — and exclude self-storage operations.
• Independent delivery lanes (BN-10, 13, 16) describe delivery performed independently of the originating store or restaurant.
• Courier and express lanes (BN-06–08) exclude establishments operating under a universal service obligation.

5. Bin numbers are labels, not offers

Bin numbers (BN-01 through BN-46) are manifest references that group equivalent industry classifications. They are not service tiers, SKUs, price points, or commitments that any particular lane is available, staffed, or accepting freight or goods.

6. Regulated commodities

Certain posted lanes reference regulated goods — alcoholic beverage delivery (BN-10), bulk petroleum storage (BN-40), bonded and foreign-trade-zone storage (BN-17, 21, 23, 32, 39), and whiskey warehousing (BN-46). Any actual handling of such goods occurs only under applicable federal and state licenses and separately executed agreements. The Site does not itself offer, sell, or arrange regulated-goods services.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) send unsolicited commercial messages through the contact channels; (c) attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt the Site or its hosting; (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or (e) scrape or reproduce the Site's content for commercial republication without written permission.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, graphics, and manifest presentation are the property of the Company or its developer. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. No license is granted to copy, modify, or redistribute Site content.

9. Third-party services

The Site is hosted on Firebase Hosting and loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your use of those resources may be subject to Google's terms. The Company is not responsible for third-party availability, terms, or practices.

10. No warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MANIFEST CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION AND MAY BE REVISED WITHOUT NOTICE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STC EXPRESS LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, CARGO OR STORAGE CLAIMS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). THIS LIMITATION APPLIES ONLY TO THE SITE AND DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY UNDER ANY SEPARATELY EXECUTED AGREEMENT, TARIFF, WAREHOUSE RECEIPT, OR BILL OF LADING.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. Fraudulent communications

The Company is not responsible for losses caused by third parties impersonating the Company — including fake missed-delivery notices, storage-fee demands, or phishing messages. The Company never requests payment or documents by unsolicited email; verify suspicious messages by telephone before acting.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Utah County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

15. Changes and contact
